Application: this CBN grinding wheel is intended for high effecient and relatively cool grinding of tool steel and high alloyed steel, powder steel PM over 56HRC (typical hardness in the range of 58 – 67 HRC) example 1,2379, D2 etc.
The optimal bond composition ( resin bond series RUN ) and CBN abrasive with special coating offer sharp cutting with no thermal demage, high G-ratio and self-sharpenig when properly use.
The 1A1 CBN wheel can be use in cylindrical or surface grinding process offers reduced cycle time and improve performance ( G-ratio ) compared to conventional wheel.
The CBN wheel can be used on all comercially available grinding machines.
