Multi point diamond dressers consist of numer of diamond particles fixed in wear resistant sintered matrix. A multipoints diamonds in contact with the face of abrasive wheel reduce the mechanical pressure on each diamond grain resulting in longer tool lifetime.
Advantages:
- no resetteting
- more resist to mechanical demage than single point dresser
- higher output
- better performance in wide range of application
The maximum tool life:
- depth of cut should not exceed more than 0,01 - 0,04 mm/pass
- set the multipoints dresser into the center of the grinding wheel
- use the coolant to increase lifetime
- vibration free mounting and clamping as short as possible
