The basic grain size:
We offer the flywheel CBN grinding wheel with different CBN grit to meet different working application.
a) CBN grit 60 rough ( FEPA size 251 microns )
b) CBN grit 80 medium-rough ( FEPA size 181 microns )
c) CBN grit 100 medium ( FEPA size 151 microns )
Bond:
This CBN borazon wheel is made with use of special resin bond matrix in 2 hardness level for effective sharpening with different working conditions. The bond hardness and CBN grit size can be selected from the box. The CBN wheel has an aluminum body to keep the stiffness and the CBN abrasive layer is supported by self-dressing composite layer to provide the strengt and reduce the possible vibration during grinding.
a) BX100T hard bond for agressive grinding, intense cooling is recommended, more frequently dressing, long lasting
b) BX105R medium hardness bond for agressive free cutting, standard cooling, long lasting
Application:
This CBN grinding wheel is recommended for cast iron and hardened steel grinding. The CBN wheel work the best with wet conditions. The abrasive stone is needed for cleaning the wheel's abrasive surface and prevent the clogging the CBN wheel.
