Application: this CBN grinding wheel is intended for high effecient and relatively cool grinding of steel and high alloyed steel over 54HRC (typical hardness in the range of 58 – 67 HRC).
The optimal bond composition and type of CBN grit offer sharp cutting with no thermal demage with the correct working parameters.
The 1A1 CBN wheel can be use in cylindrical or surface grinding process offers reduced cycle time.
