Bond: special resin bond in medium hardness for sharpening of HSS/HSS-Co, high alloyed tool steel over 56 HRC and steel cutting tools with high effeciency
Concentration: C75
Coolant: wet ( recommended )
Application: high effeciency sharpening of HSS high alloyed long planer knives. Relatively cold and sharp grinding with good surface finish and reduced cycle working times.
We can produce different CBN grit sizes and bond hardness depend on application and working conditions.
