MCD (0,35 - 1,5)ct Single point diamond dresser with monocrystal strong synthetic diamond

This dressing tool is intended for high effeciency dressing and truing of conventional vitrified / ceramic bond grinding wheel made of aluminium oxide AlxOx and silicon carbides SiC, abrasive grits range (36 - 400) FEPA with hardness range ( F - P ) grade.

Type: single point model M1010/SM1 ( Diamos designation )

Diamond size: 0,35 - 1,50 ct (please select in the box )

Diamond quality: very strong synthetic diamond MCD ( equivalent to natural )

Shank: Morse taper No 1 (MT1/SM1/MK1)

Additional feature: re-grind is possible 1 or 2 times (when used correctly)

General information for use:

please note the diamonds are sensitive to knock, impact and thermal shock so take a special care when fitting and use this dressing tool.

Dressers must be clamped short and vibration free. Before start of dressing ensure that coolant is applied into the diamond.

The general infeed: 0,005 – 0,02 mm per stroke

The longitudinal feed depend on the grit size of the grinding wheel

- faste feed result in rough the wheel surface,

- low feed result is smoother the wheel surface.
