Diamond plated tapered pins are ideal for grinding or ripping tungsten carbide drawing
dies for the wire and tube industries. It is also used for cold heading dies machining.
Diamond pins with a precisely positioned electropplated diamond layer offer fast, efficient and precise
grinding process.
On request we offer also different diamond pins with
- top angle cone 8-10-12-16-20
and
- diamond grits coating D46 - D64 - D91 - D107 - D126 - D151
- option with CBN coating also.
