1A2/SP1002008 GAL-PRO
Special diamond dressing plate type 1A2/SP is recommended for use on surface grinding machines for truing and dressing of DIA / CBN resin bond wheels.
High-performance diamond dresser for truing and dressing of diamond DIA / CBN resin bond grinding wheels. This dressing plate may be use also for ceramic/vitrified diamond DIA / CBN wheel.
Diamond dressing plate can be mounted on the magnetic surface grinding table.
The DIA / CBN grinding wheel can be move can move longitudinally and transversely with approximately 200-500 mm/min. The infeed of the grinding wheel Ae = 0.002 - 0.01 mm / pass (depending on grit size).
Cooling is recommended during truing and dressing to improve the machining process.
Important: subsequent sharpening of resin bonded diamond DIA and CBN grinding wheels with abrasive stone is necessary ( to final clean and open the wheel's surface ).
The final result strongly dependent on the machining parameters, the DIA/CBN grit size and the type of bond in the grinding wheel.
